Hi and welcome to Kharma Mosaic. My name is Pip and I set up mosaic making workshops so I could make mosaic making accessible to everyone of all ages and bring the magical calm of mosaic making to everyone.
Kharma Mosaic offers pop in mosaic workshops at events and boho and festival weddings and you can make a lovely gift/favour heart, butterfly, star, snowflake, coaster, mirror or any bespoke design you would like. All the tiles I have are a selection of beautiful colours all made from ceramics and recycled glass. Lots of sparkly and glitter tiles too. There are a few designs I have as samples but I find its a chance for everyone to explore and run with their imagination and the finished products all look amazing and everyone always has a smile on their face. I charge per size of tile and you can spend as little or as long as you like making your mosaic . I can help with designs and teach cutting tiles or do it for you. The option to have a joint mosaic a much larger one on a base where all the guests contribute by popping into my craft tent or area and then I grout this overnight and present it to the happy couple the following day as a momento from all their friends and family.
This can also be done in a hen/stag do where all hens/stags make a gift for themselves/happy couple/or give as a gifts to the maids of honor or family of happy couple as an extra to flowers. Its really lovely and the calming, fun experience is fab and you can go with the flow.
Kids love it too and I have had so many youngsters making mosaic coasters at the festivals and events I have been running this year. So if you are looking for an activity for the kids then Kharma Mosaic workshops are perfect ! I absolutely love seeing all the happy faces after a Kharma Mosaic making session. I have my own bell tent which is really new and looks lovely in an area of the wedding venue and I also bring my own benches and tables if you need them which can be set up inside or outside the wedding area.

Environmentally Sustainable Work Practises
Kharma Mosaic uses locally sourced ceramic and recycled vitreous glass tesserae, which are bought in the UK. No power is required for our mosaic workshops and we regularly work with the Greencrafts Village, providing magical festival mosaic making craft workshops in fields and outdoor venues.

The ethos of Kharma Mosaic is for all of our boho inspired wedding clients to have a sense of calm, wellbeing and fun during the mosaic making sessions. As well as the opportunity to take home a beautiful keepsake as a memory of the happy day. We also go that extra bit further to wrap up the beautiful gifts you’ve made to take home / give to happy couples as gifts and also present them to happy couple as a group photo for lots of memories and nostalgia

I love working in community groups and with Kharma Mosaic our ethos is to make mosaic making accessible to everyone . We have wheelchair accessible venues and also high and low tables for children, We also have soft edged mosaic tiles as we have hosted a mosaic workshop for visually impaired teenagers from Sight for Surrey which they loved and made beautiful mosaics

Making my mosaic tile was a really fun and mindful activity. It takes pride of place in my garden! Pippa made everything really easy to follow and it’s really nice that you are able to go home with a finished product.
