Strings of bistro lights, hanging lanterns and greenery lined the lodge deck of the alfresco wedding reception. A rustic wooden table was decorated with red, yellow and blue floral arrangements, wood taper candle holders and textured navy napkins holding customized Field Guide notebooks instead of place cards, for guests to record their memories. Clean lines, natural wood tones with pops of colour, kept in line with the Pendalton blanket-styled color palette of this sunny Autumn wedding.
The team tied in retro Coleman lanterns to give a new “look” for camp weddings and unique ways to incorporate them. They wanted to do something other than the common, “Wes Anderson” camp wedding look. So they opted for bold colors, and unique details to spark interest. This was beautifully refelected in the wedding flowers, with bold reds, yellows, blues and lots of greenery with organic natural styling.

As the sun turned down and the day was coming to an end, the couple watched the view from the camp’s wooden deck and curled up by the glowing campfire where they reflected on their love and this idyllic Autumn wedding day. The nostalgic retro photography was captured beautifully by Athorns Photo and added to the whole vibe of this romnatic day.
